This was always considered one of the best trekking umbrellas and now at this price there is no competition.

Excellent all around lightweigtht alternative

Since getting this umbrella I've ditched all my others. From day hikes/camping to just putting it in the car, it's replaced all my clunky heavy ones. Don't let the light weight fool you, it really is multipurpose. I haven't used it for the sunshine yet, but will make sure to take it for those hot day trips for a bit of shade. At only 8 ounces it well worth to take everywhere.

Rainy Day Best Friend

We've all been miserable in even the best breathable rain gear... this will make for a great alternative on the trail! It was already useful on day 1 walking in to work in an absolutely windy downpour - held up very well. The reflective coating looks very effective as well for sun shading. Can't wait to get out packing with this...

great umbrella

I use it for dog walking while holding 3-6 leashes in my hand. It is light weight and strong, no clip, so effortless to open and close. I bought one and then bought two more for my wife and daughter.
