Shipping
We offer 4 levels of shipping service within the continental United States. GoLite is proud to use United Parcel Service (UPS)
as our premier carrier of choice; we will ship USPS if there is no other alternative.
Regular shipping will be UPS Ground 4-6 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by UPS 2nd Day or
Overnight Delivery only. International customers should call customer
service to receive an accurate shipping estimate.
Canadian customers can place orders through the website. However, if the website is preventing an online order for some reason, just call Customer Service to place a phone order.
With all of the enthusiasm generated by our international customers, we hope we will be able to serve everyone directly in the future. However, at this point in time we are only set up to take orders shipping to either a U.S. or Canadian address. We do have locations scattered throughout the U.S. so if you are ever in the area stop by, say “hello”, and pick up some great GoLite gear.
All orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time will ship the same day. Due to high sales volume during promotions, ground shipping orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

GoLite Customer Service frequently fills orders from customers who are hiking a long-distance trail like the Appalachian Trail or Pacific Crest Trail. If you have questions or need help with such a shipment, give us a call. We are able to send packages General Delivery to Post Offices or in care of hostel/motel owners and campground managers via the US Postal Service.
