	by Rob on 5/5/2012	Dry w/ nice features! You will be surprised at the weight of this shell and still be dry! It disappears when you have it on and has a lot of nice features not pointed out in the description. The nicest surprise is that the hood is roll away with a velcro fastener. Very nicely designed angled cuffs fit great and have a full strip of velcro, not dots like on some shells. The length is just right, helping cover your waist and lower part. I have used this in a few major storms and has kept me perfectly dry. The hood is very nice too with a small brim and easily controlled adjusters. Ample pockets with two hand warmer and one chest pocket. Breathability is very good and of course the pit zips help. The only thing keeping this from being 5 star is I would have liked to seen an included stuff sack or the ability to stuff itself into the chest pocket. Give up that heavyweight shell and get this one!
	by Brent on 4/28/2012	Excellent Value! I picked up this rain jacket over a year back. It compresses well and I really like the design of the cuffs and hood. I think it delivers an excellent value, especially given the reasonable price.
	by Vincent on 4/27/2012	As described lives up to the description. It's light enough and does well in wet weather. The zipper is also not an issue in this piece and I will surely look to this for my backpacking trips.
	by Craig on 4/22/2012	Review from the AT Recently did a 30 mile section warmup for my 2013 Thru hike, in not so pleasant conditions but wanted to test out my recently purchased rain gear. I have the top and bottom(tumalo) version in Black. Whats great: The material is light, and the zip pits are phemonial. The pockets are great as well. Whats not: The zipper system is cumbersome, and hard to manage, after being rained on for 8 solid hours, i began to get wet. The hood system worked well with a hat on. The contents in my pocket got wet. But for a snow jacket or alphine climb this would work well as a layer, in 10 hours of rain you'll get cold.
	by Matt on 4/19/2012	Light, Durable, Breathable Great shell. I love the way the cuff comes out over the hand to give more protection. I have found the jacket to be sufficiently breathable for alpine climbing in the North Cascades. Great jacket.
