Worn the pack a few times. Very comfortable. The staff were very helpful in getting it fitted correctly. Like it better than my Jam 50

This is the only golite pack that fits the 48oo inch min that Philmont requires. Ive had it about a year and used about 35 nights. usually we have around 30-40 scouts and this allows me the room I need for an extra large first aid kit and extra sleeping bag(used 2x when scouts had leaking tents soak their bags.)Ive beat the heck out of it and no signs of wear, the belt pockets hold 4 energy bars just fine, did have trouble with water bottle falling out of the angled pockets when I sat down pockets so I changed to a smaller bottle with built in filter(for taste). Transfers weight great. This has been a big hit with everyone so I actually get scouts to carry my bag for me sometimes just to feel the comfort of it, I'm sure other scout leaders from my troop will be ordering theirs soon.

Got my quest and promptly headed for a week in Montana backcountry. This pack did awesome! Handles a full load like a champ, no issues and transfer the weight to the hips really well. No unneeded pockets and what is there works well. My one complaint is the shoulder padding is a tad thin, howeverthis is lighter pack and things like this and smaller straps are to be expected to keep weight down. A little more padding and this pack is perfect. Great as is!

Really good pack for weeklong trip, maybe a tad too fragile in some key areas. Otherwise, good lightweight pack. 80L capacity w/ the weight of some daypacks! Shoulder straps are a tad flimsy. But the ram's horn frame transfers weight well. 4 out of 5 stars.

Have used this on two trips so far. Have enjoyed going to a lighter pack. This pack alone cut about 2.5 lbs from my load. The top pocket is very generous in size. Holds lots of those need quick items like rain gear, pack covers etc. Inside the top pocket, is an inner pocket that I used to stash my keys, money and cellphone. The main body of the pack is a nice size. Not too large, but not too small. The water bottle pockets on the sides work pretty good. I could get bottles out without removing the pack. It took a little work, but they came out. I'm 6'-3" so it will be easier for someone shorter to get the bottles out. The bottles will drop down into the mesh, and a bottle with a long nose like a 1.25L coke bottle works great. Mesh pocket on back works great for storing wet tarps or wet rain gear. Shoulder straps are comfortable and waist belt worked pretty good. Pockets on belt worked good for camera and trail bars. Carried 39lbs in the smokies and did a great job.
