Review of Poncho Tarp
Great piece of equipment for the weight and price. Always take with me for emergency shelter.

great tarp
this poncho/tarp is wonderful! Lite, comfortable, and should hold up well if I wander thru the stickerbushes. I wish the neck opening was a bit bigger, but I might easily fix that myself. My wife is jealous.

Great to carry
Such a small and compared to others inexpensive poncho, everyone should carry one. The poncho provides good coverage even with a pack, golite could make the hole a little larger which would make it perfect. And it makes a great one person shelter. My favorite set up is similar to the picture but adding an extra pole so its like a lean to with a beak. Then I use a bit of cord to stake out the back middle and the hood which increases living space and ventilation. Every time I hike or backpack, this goes with me.
