Our newly developed Tier 1 recycled polyester and nylon materials test to the same high standards as their conventional, non-recycled alternatives.  We use them whenever possible because of the massive reductions in energy use and resource consumption required to produce them vs. the virgin, petroleum-based alternatives.  More information can be found under ‘Performance Technology’ within ‘The Meaning of Lite’ section of this website.

Good pack

This is a good lightweight pack for caring medium sized loads. I would say in the 40lb range. I have carried heavier but it was not as comfortable due to the straps and suspension. At the price this pack can't be beat.

Ready for More

just received this pack and tested it out on a 2 night jaunt. Ready for 4 more on the AT and then a week in the Olympics later this summer. Right pack for the job.

Great pack

Had a chance to borrow this pack from my brother-in-law for a 3 day backpacking trip. All other packs I've tried have given me shoulder problems but this one was comfortable the whole way, carrying about 35 lbs. It's very lightweight, and has pockets in the right places. I expect I'll be getting one of my own very soon :D

Great Pack!

Just got back from a 3 day trip to the Grand Gulch/Cedar Mesa Area. Pack worked perfectly! Great comfort, suspension. My hiking buddies were particularly jealous of the large hipbelt pockets that could hold cameras and plenty of snacks. Very pleased with the product and GoLite was awesome to buy from. Can't beat the price and fast shipping. Customer service was very helpful.
