Velocity™

Velocity™ is one of the primary body fabrics in GoLite's packs. It achieves an optimum balance of high tear strength, abrasion resistance, waterproofness, ultra-violet resistance, and is lightweight. 100% nylon, 210 denier weave, 6.2 oz/yd², 210 g/m²

Recycled Content

Our newly developed Tier 1 recycled polyester and nylon materials test to the same high standards as their conventional, non-recycled alternatives. We use them whenever possible because of the massive reductions in energy use and resource consumption required to produce them vs. the virgin, petroleum-based alternatives. 	by Chris Bakwin on 12/9/2011	suggestion for golite This is a good product as far as it goes but the frame takes up a lot of space and weight. Please golite, consider making a 12" x 24" duffle with wheels, and just a cloth handle on the other end, with perhaps a removable frame, or the rigidity could be from something removable resembling and "eagle creek packing cube" or something. The problem with rolling bags is all the extra weight and bulk of a frame, nobody makes one that can be carried like a duffle (shoulder strap) and also dragged along on wheels. As a very frequent, aging, traveler, I think there's a market!
