Thermolite® provides warmth and comfort at the lightest weight, even when wet. 	by CLG on 2/9/2013	excellent for xc skiing I bought these pant for cross country skiing on groomed trails in breezy 20-35 degree F conditions. They are just the right balance of warmth and wind protection. I like to ski relatively fast for 2-3 hours at a time. My legs stay warm but do not get clammy with sweat.
	by Lisa on 1/4/2013	Great Pants! I ordered my normal women's size medium, based on their sizing chart. When I tried them on, they were a little on the loose side, but I figured that would be helpful when wearing tights underneath in colder temps. They have a drawstring waist which works well to snug up the waistline. One thing I noticed when putting them on is that they are a little noisy, i.e., they "swish" a little when walking/running. Once I wore them outside, I didn't notice any noise. The side pockets are adequate for my normal items (kleenex, doggie bags, gloves). The knee area is an interesting design that allows for good movement and isn't restrictive. I've worn these pants quite a few times now, the most recent was yesterday. When I started out it was 16f and when I finished, it had dropped to 14f. I wore tights under these pants and I was very comfortable. These are so comfortable and work great for running!
	by Monica on 12/23/2012	Best winter running pants ever! These are the holy grail of winter running pants! They are so amazingly soft, warm and windproof. Recently I wore them during runs in 30-degree rain and 20-degree windy cold and felt perfectly comfy. They are so warm that I wouldn't wear them just to kick it around the house, but they are absolutely the perfect pants for cold winter runs!

I have been taking them on my summer vacations to cold destinations such as Iceland, Alaska and the Canadian Rockies. They are comfortable, easy to move in and warm. I can even put a pair of long johns underneath (I was camping in 13 degree weather) and still have plenty of movement.
	by Mary on 4/25/2012	Warm, all-purpose pants I love these pants! I wore them all fall and winter for hiking, snowshoeing (unless it was snowing hard or raining) and running. Perfect for those 20-30 degree days. They're wind resistant, fit true to size, and I need another pair because I practically wore them out.
